I have 17 years of experience, 12 of them are in project management and the last 7 years were in the humanitarian field. During my work in the humanitarian field, I managed several projects and programs under the following fields and clusters: (Shelter, NFIs, WASH, Education, Protection, Nutrition, Early Recovery, Lively Hood, Camp Coordination, and Camp Management). These programs were funded by different donors OFDA (through INGO), ECHO (through UN agencies), DFID (though INGO), Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund SCHF (Direct and through partners). The projects were in both emergency and sustainability fields and follows different methodologies of implementation (cash, in-kind, contracting, cash for works, vouchers, etc.). The main partners I worked with through the programs were UNICEF, UNDP, FAO, IOM, Global communities, World Vision International, CARE Jordan, Save the Children, Expertise France, GIZ, QRC, and SAMS. Through the programs I managed, about 6.7 M beneficiaries were reached with an estimated budget of 65 M USD. During the last 5 years in the Humanitarian field I participated in the following: • The strategic planning for the organization in cooperation with the rest of the planning team in 2018. • I participated in a workshop for the development of Sphere Handbook 2019, • I was a member of a SAG for the Shelter & NFI cluster for the years 2019-2020 • I was a member of a SAG for the Camp Coordination and Camp Management cluster for the year 2020 • I Participated in preparing the guideline for the shelter rehabilitation book in cooperation with the SNFI cluster. • I participated in the evaluation committee with OCHA for 3 allocations. • I was responsible for developing the proposals that were submitted to donors and partners. • I was responsible for maintaining the relationship with the Donors and Partners through the management of the programs and projects. • I participated in many technical groups with the Cash Working Groups, especially when it comes to identifying the value of cash for the shelter and non-food items, and for heating materials. My other skills include: • Strong communication skills • Strong planning skills, supported with advanced knowledge in MS. Project and Primavera Applications, along with practical experience in planning for construction and humanitarian projects. • Advanced experience in the engineering field through working from 2005 till the end of 2015 in the construction field in Syria and Iraq.

Shelter Coordinator
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all shelter and non-food items projects in the organization and ensure their execution within time, budget, and quality in close coordination with the program manager.  Developing the SNFI projects' plans.  Managing the project's field teams along with providing technical and administrative support.  Supervise the implementation of projects and ensure the high standards of the implementation and compliance with the grant’s condition and the organization’s policies.  Report to the donors and other stakeholders.  Communication with the SNFI cluster along with preparing the 4W report.  Innovate new solutions for shelter.  Develop the shelter guidance as per the context.  Participate in the preparation of the risk management plan for the project and apply it with a big effort to mitigate the risks.  Coordinate with the other program coordinators to develop comprehensive programs to fill the needs of the beneficiaries.  conduct needs assessment and participates in developing the response plans. The implemented projects were in north east Syria, and the main donors were (Global communities (INGO), Qatar Red Crescent Society, and with OCHA).
