With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, I have built a strong track record supporting senior leadership in international schools and nonprofit organizations. In my current role at Metropolitan School, I manage all executive-level operations for the Chairman and COO. This includes communications, calendar and priority management, departmental coordination, procurement (local and international), cafeteria operations, event planning, and overseeing the support staff. I also serve as the ACT Test Center Coordinator, ensuring compliance with international standards.
My career has developed through progressively responsible roles where I gained extensive experience in administrative operations, resource planning, and logistical support. I’ve been trusted to lead internal systems, organize large-scale training programs, and manage contracts and vendors. My work is guided by efficiency, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Banking) from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences. I am fluent in both Arabic and English and use both languages professionally—Arabic in everyday community and internal school communication, and English for business writing, reporting, and communication with staff, leadership, parents, and vendors. I also have working knowledge of French.
