Planning
• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints.
• Work with delivery team and PMO team to draft a detailed, integrated project plan
• Ensure plan is complete and updated at least on a weekly basis
• Planning and scheduling Manboard’s, Steercom’s and Working Groups
• Developed implementation methodologies to rein in project costs while meeting key milestones.

Scope & Delivery

• Ensure additional funding is required for any additional work is secured via the business planning process

• Collate all contracting resource timesheets, compare to contractor’s TA’s, process invoices for payments to vendors / suppliers
Governance
