Do you love tropical destinations and helping others plan dream vacations? We’re looking for a Caribbean Travel Assistant to join our remote team! In this role, you will help clients explore beautiful Caribbean getaways by assisting in the planning and booking of vacations, cruises, resorts, excursions, and more.
No experience is required — just a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the desire to learn and grow in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking Caribbean vacation packages including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
Provide expert advice on destinations such as Jamaica, the Bahamas, Aruba, St. Lucia, and more
Customize itineraries based on client interests and budgets
Communicate with travel partners and suppliers to coordinate services
Stay current on travel requirements, safety updates, and resort promotions
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on inquiries
Requirements:
No previous experience necessary — full training is provided
Passionate about travel, especially Caribbean destinations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Internet access is recommended.
