JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop expertise in insurance policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with account maintenance, payment processing, account closures, and general inquiries.
- Complete and submit all required daily paperwork accurately.
- Handle daily inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate effectively with warmth and empathy.
