This is a position strictly for USA/Canada citizens. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and database integrity while supporting the broader team with clerical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data from various sources into internal systems. Transcribe information from physical and digital documents into electronic formats. Create and manage pivot tables in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Maintain and update databases to ensure current and accurate information. Perform general clerical duties including filing, document organization, and correspondence handling. Work with team members to improve data management systems and streamline processes. Conduct regular audits of data entries to detect and correct discrepancies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with pivot tables. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with database management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
