Woodgrain inc is seeking a results-driven Remote Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and brand development. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective sales plans, manage client relationships, and oversee marketing campaigns that strengthen our market presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, expand customer reach, and promote our brand values.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
2.Manage and grow client accounts while identifying new opportunities
3.Plan and execute promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
4.Track market trends and analyze performance data to optimize results.
5.Collaborate on promotional strategies for products and services.
6.Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, prospecting, closing, and retention
7.Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
8.Improve customer experience and loyalty strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Proven experience in sales and marketing (remote experience is a plus)
2.Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4.Ability to work independently and meet targets remotely
5.Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and marketing tools
6.Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience in manufacturing, retail, construction, or design-related industries
2.Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and ad managers
3.Leadership or team management experience
